UEWH is an enameled wire product that utilizes polyurethane as the insulating material and is coated with polyimide. Compared with the conventional UEWN series, UEWH has the following characteristics.
1. Excellent heat resistance: UEWH has a heat resistance temperature of 180°C, making it more suitable for applications such as motors and transformers in high-temperature environments.
2. Excellent mechanical strength: The polyimide material of UEWH outer layer has high mechanical strength and wear resistance, which can better resist various stresses in the manufacturing process of motor stator windings.
3. Excellent electrical properties: UEWH's polyurethane insulation layer thickness can reach 0.1-0.5mm, which can still provide reliable insulation protection in high voltage environments.
4. Good chemical resistance: UEWH polyimide outer layers are highly resistant to a wide range of chemicals and solvents, making them suitable for industrial applications in harsh environments.
