0.10mm-2.20mm PEFN Single Overcoat polyamide Copper Wire Thermal Class 155 For general motor

 

Single refers to a thinner wire diameter for applications with high space requirements or low current loads.

 

PEFN is an enameled wire made of Modified Polyester with a protective Nylon coating. Compared with the previously mentioned PEF1, PEFN has the following characteristics.

 

1. excellent abrasion resistance. the outer nylon protective layer of PEFN has high hardness and abrasion resistance, which can better resist various mechanical stresses and abrasion during the manufacturing process of motor stator windings.

 

2. Excellent flexibility. The addition of nylon protective layer does not affect the flexibility of PEFN, can be more convenient for motor winding molding and winding.

 

3. good insulation properties. PEFN inner layer of modified polyester insulation material thickness is generally 0.1-0.3mm, can provide reliable insulation protection at higher voltages.

 

4. Suitable for harsh environments. PEFN's nylon outer layer has strong corrosion resistance to chemicals and solvents, enabling it to be used in harsh industrial environments for long periods of time.
